Peninsula in conjunction with Wolverhampton Racecourse is hosting a free Employment Law and Health & Safety seminar for local businesses. This short presentation aims to equip local business owners with knowledge of the latest employment law changes resulting from the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Several employment laws have already been introduced, and as per the Government’s roadmap, there are more to come throughout 2026 and in 2027. This Act means changes impacting all businesses throughout the UK. Peninsula will be explaining what they are, how they affect your business, and how to respond to them.
