Working actively towards our sustainability goals

Sustainability

-

Everyone at Wolverhampton Racecourse cares about the environment and we all want to do our bit to help protect the planet.

We are committed to playing our part by recycling and reducing the amount of single-use plastic, for example, we no longer use plastic drinking straws or cups. All of our suppliers are responsibly sourced and we choose to work with ones who have official accreditations, such as Red Tractor, to back up their practices. What’s more, we audit our suppliers annually to ensure everyone upholds the same high standards for sustainability that we do.

We’re always looking at ways to reduce our energy consumption and even further reduce our waste.

You can find more details below about the sustainability commitment for the whole ARC group, which Wolverhampton Racecourse belongs to.
